DESCRIPTION:Monthly pain management workshops for individuals aged 18+ who are struggling with or have a diagnosis of chronic pain. This course focuses on improving wellbeing for these individuals \nIndividuals who attend the course of sessions will have a better understanding of the links between pain and wellbeing\, while learning numerous strategies to manage their wellbeing and improve their quality of live despite their chronic pain condition. \nTopics include: Reflecting on the impact pain has on wellbeing\, learning the skill of pacing\, setting goals and increasing motivation\, managing worries related to pain as well as things that are not pain related\, creating a self care plan\, Mindful relaxation and how this can help with pain\, improving sleep. \nPlease note\, this course is delivered with a Bengali interpreter present for translation.

SUMMARY:Chronic Pain Group sessions with Talking Therapies
DESCRIPTION:Monthly pain management workshops for individuals aged 18+ who are struggling with or have a diagnosis of chronic pain. This course focuses on improving wellbeing for these individuals \nIndividuals who attend the course of sessions will have a better understanding of the links between pain and wellbeing\, while learning numerous strategies to manage their wellbeing and improve their quality of live despite their chronic pain condition. \nTopics include: Reflecting on the impact pain has on wellbeing\, learning the skill of pacing\, setting goals and increasing motivation\, managing worries related to pain as well as things that are not pain related\, creating a self care plan\, Mindful relaxation and how this can help with pain\, improving sleep.

SUMMARY:Healthy Eating & Nutrition Workshops
DESCRIPTION:The aim of this course is to work towards your SMART goals around healthy eating and nutrition. You will keep a food and exercise diary\, gain an understanding of taking your measurements and weight\, understand the main food groups and develop ideas for simple breathing and exercise before putting them into practice. \n\n\nThere are 5 sessions that will run WEEKLY every Monday from 10-11:30am.
