DESCRIPTION:Patient Participation Group at JSP (Critical Friends)\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nWe have had an active Patient Group at JSP for over fifteen years. We meet on a Wednesday afternoon approximately every six weeks. Currently\, our meetings take place online using Zoom. \nThe role of the group is to interact with the practice on different levels – from thinking of ideas for new projects\, helping us monitor complaints\, or better engage our users. \nWe are keen to recruit patients from our diverse community including people from ethnic minority\, disabled\, mental health and LGBTQ communities. \nIf you think you may be interested in working together with us to build a better future for The Jubilee Street Practice and our patients\, or for more information\, please feel free to contact the Chair of our Critical Friends group\, Lyn Owens\, by emailing nelondonicb.jubileestreetpractice@nhs.net\, marking the subject header of your email: PPG\, for the attention of Lyn.
