Monthly wellbeing workshops covering a range of topics such as Long-term health conditions, Food & Mood, Low, Mood, Anxiety, Depression, Mindfulness, Men’s Mental Health, Women’s Mental Health & Menopause.
These sessions will be delivered by TH Talking therapies at The Tarling East Community Centre.
