Safa Moghul is an Operational Director with 15+ years’ experience in commissioning, strategy and system leadership. Starting as the youngest Community Development Worker at 19, she champions equity. She has led national NHS programmes, influenced policy, and driven innovation. A values-led leader, she combines operational expertise with community impact and active volunteering.

Chief Executive Officer
Virginia is responsible for developing the practice's long term goals, and understanding how to reach these. She spends much of her time thinking about people: how to create a more joyful working environment for staff, and a better experience for the patients.
