Womens Keep Fit exercise classes

An event every week that begins at 9:45 am on Wednesday, repeating until 13th December 2023
Weekly exercise class consisting of mobilising and strength based workouts, including stretching and core balance. These classes are aimed at anyone aged over 18 living with a long term health condition and new to exercise. There are two classes, first class 9:45-10:45 and second class 10:45-11:45.
