Virginia Patania

Virginia is responsible for developing the practice's long term goals, and understanding how to reach these. She spends much of her time thinking about people: how to create a more joyful working environment for staff, and a better experience for the patients.

Helen is responsible for looking after the practices finances, to help ensure its smooth running and assists in the making of all decisions that have a financial impact.

Lauryn is on the Senior Management Team and also leads the nursing team comprised of practice nurses, diabetes nurse and health care assistants.

Kamal Uddin

Kamal is responsible for helping streamline and improve access and processes for the practice, its staff and patients, with an emphasis on digital solutions.

Amin is responsible for the admin team and ensuring we provide the best help possible when our patients get in touch with us when they need help.
