- Aged 65 and over
- Under 65 with a long term condition
- Chronic respiratory disease
- Diabetes
- Heart disease
- Kidney/liver disease
- Neurological disease
- Immunosuppression, including Family contacts
- Learning disability
- BMI over 40
- Pregnant person
- Carers
- Health and social care staff
- Well children aged 2-3
Reminder: the well 50-64 cohort will be invited later on- we are prioritising the patients with chronic conditions first
