Weekly exercise class consisting of mobilising and strength based workouts, including stretching and core balance. These classes are aimed at anyone aged over 18 living with a long term health condition and new to exercise.
The aim of this course is to work towards your SMART goals around healthy eating and nutrition. You will keep a food and exercise diary, gain an understanding of taking your measurements and weight, understand the main food groups and develop ideas for simple breathing and exercise before putting them into practice.
