Weekly exercise class consisting of mobilising and strength based workouts, including stretching and core balance. These classes are aimed at anyone aged over 18 living with a long term health condition and new to exercise. There are two classes, first class 9:45-10:45 and second class 10:45-11:45. 5 week course for anyone looking to eat more healthily and improve their diet. The course will be delivered with a Bengali interpreter. The course is run in partnership with The Mary Ward Centre, adult college. You will need to be able to attend all 5 sessions.
