Womens Keep Fit exercise classes

JSP Large teaching room

Weekly exercise class consisting of mobilising and strength based workouts, including stretching and core balance. These classes are aimed at anyone aged over 18 living with a long term health condition and new to exercise. There are two classes, first class 9:45-10:45 and second class 10:45-11:45. Healthy Eating & Nutrition Workshops In Bengali

JSP Large teaching room

5 week course for anyone looking to eat more healthily and improve their diet. The course will be delivered with a Bengali interpreter. The course is run in partnership with The Mary Ward Centre, adult college. You will need to be able to attend all 5 sessions.
