Womens Keep Fit exercise classes
Weekly exercise class consisting of mobilising and strength based workouts, including stretching and core balance. These classes are aimed at anyone aged over 18 living with a long term health condition and new to exercise. There are two classes, first class 9:45-10:45 and second class 10:45-11:45. Monthly wellbeing workshops covering a range of topics such as Long-term health conditions, Food & Mood, Low, Mood, Anxiety, Depression, Mindfulness, Men's Mental Health, Women's Mental Health & Menopause. These sessions will be delivered by TH Talking therapies at The Tarling East Community Centre.
