An event every week that begins at 10:00 am on Monday, repeating until 20th March 2023
The aim of this course is to work towards your SMART goals around healthy eating and nutrition. You will keep a food and exercise diary, gain an understanding of taking your measurements and weight, understand the main food groups and develop ideas for simple breathing and exercise before putting them into practice.
