First Love Foundation- Tower Hamlets
The First Love Foundation is an organization that offers food, guidance, and aid to individuals in the community who are facing hardship. Each person receives an emergency supply of food that can last for up to three days, as well as assistance in resolving their crisis. All of the food is generously donated by various community groups such as schools, churches, individuals, and businesses, as well as through supermarket collections.

The Advisory Service for Squatters is a group of volunteers who have been providing a daily advice service for squatters and homeless individuals since 1975. Their services are unpaid.
