Monthly pain management workshops for individuals aged 18+ who are struggling with or have a diagnosis of chronic pain. This course focuses on improving wellbeing for these individuals
Individuals who attend the course of sessions will have a better understanding of the links between pain and wellbeing, while learning numerous strategies to manage their wellbeing and improve their quality of live despite their chronic pain condition.
Topics include: Reflecting on the impact pain has on wellbeing, learning the skill of pacing, setting goals and increasing motivation, managing worries related to pain as well as things that are not pain related, creating a self care plan, Mindful relaxation and how this can help with pain, improving sleep.
