The mission of Carers Trust is to improve the lives of unpaid carers. It collaborates with a network of regional organisations that support carers to offer financial resources and assistance, execute creative, research based initiatives, increase public awareness and have an impact on policy. The vision of Carers Trust is to make sure unpaid carers are heard and valued and also provide support, advice and resources to help carers live a fulfilled lives.

Carers UK
Carers UK's mission is to make life better for carers. they provide information and advice on caring, help carers connect with each other, campaign with cares for lasting change and use innovation to improve services. They have Carers Active Hub which is a free resource to help you stay active while caring , including short exercise videos, carer stories and expert tips. They also provide regular online share and learn activities to improve your well-being, such as yoga, accessible exercise, meditation , creative arts and much more. Many of this sessions are recorded and you may watch them on their website or YouTube channel whenever you like.

Tower Hamlets Young Carers: Support and advice
Tower Hamlets Youth Services runs the Young Cares Projects, which serves all young cares in tower hamlets. Young Carers Project's goal is to provide young carers a break from their daily responsibilities as carer by communicating with other carers, who are facing similar issues. Young carers will be able to participate in group activities such as art, drama, music, photography, canoeing, biking, climbing, swimming, cinema, bowling and others as determined by the young people in attendance.

Carers Centre Tower Hamlets
Carers Centre is aimed at supporting adult carers who are 16+ who cares for 16+. The services they provide are:
- Information and advice
- Help with benefits
- Group and one to one support
- Activities and outings
- Retreats
- Help with stress
- Case work and advocacy support (help to '"speak out)
- Training
These services are all free and available to carers with or without a Carer Needs Assessments.
