Flexible Appointment Options for Improved Access and Convenience

Same-Day Appointments (SDAs)

We offer Same-Day Appointments (SDAs) at our local hubs, including:

• City Square Cable Street
• Goodman’s Fields
• Sutton Wharf
• Spitalfields Practice

These appointments are available Monday to Friday in limited slots across these sites for our patients.

GP Hub Appointments

GP Hub appointments are typically scheduled on the following days:

• Monday
• Thursday
• Saturday

Additionally, Advanced Nurse Practitioner (ANP) appointments are available on Saturdays at Goodman’s Fields, and Healthcare Assistant (HCA) appointments are offered at City Square Cable Street and Goodman’s Fields.

Triage by Duty Doctor

All appointments at these hubs are triaged by a duty doctor before being booked. This ensures that only appropriate appointments are scheduled based on your medical needs.

Staffing at the Hubs

The hub is mostly staffed by local GPs, although it may not always be the same staff from this practice. The staff will have access to your medical records, but only with your consent. This ensures the quality of care and a seamless patient experience.

Weekend and Evening Appointments

You may be offered an appointment on Saturday or Sunday if this is more convenient for you. However, to access evening and weekend appointments, you will need to speak to one of our GPs first.

This service is designed to support working individuals who may struggle to take time off during the week for routine appointments.

Maintaining Continuity of Care

While we offer flexible appointment times, it is important to maintain continuity of care within the practice. As such, there will be a limited number of conditions that can be booked into evening and weekend appointments to ensure the best possible care.
