As of October 2025, GPs in North East London are now able to refer eligible patients for consideration of Mounjaro on the NHS. This service is only available to patients with a BMI of 40 or over, and who also have 4 out of the following health conditions: Type 2 Diabetes, high blood pressure, heart disease, obstructive sleep apnoea, raised cholesterol.
